April 6 - Romans 2:1-16

vv. 1-4 When we pass judgment on others, we play God. We act like we are perfect when we are not. Simply put, no matter how good we think we are - we are in no place to judge others... no matter what.

vv. 7-13 It's not just a matter of knowing the truth of God's word but obeying it. Our life and our doing is a reflection of our faith. Faith is not just an act of thinking or believing but rather trusting to the point of acting.
So, what you DO is very important for what you DO demonstrates our faith.

May we not judge others for when we evaluate our actions (our thoughts, our words, our physical actions) we find that we are not God and so we are in no place to judge at all.

God will judge and show the final tally in the end so may we take care of ourselves before jumping to judge anyone else.

  1. we all judge each other about our work, our clothes, how many friends we have, how cool or uncool you are, but that doesn't matter. God will do that for us. what we say and do reflects on our faith in Him. judgement day is scary. i mean what if you don't make it because of a mistake you didn't repent for? God will make a decision for you thats gonna effect your life either in hell or heaven. thats suspensful and scary to me.

  2. It doesn't matter what we were in this life, we all get judged by God, and his judgement is the only one that's gonna matter. That's why we shouldn't judge others because we have no right. We just need to trust in God.
